人造石墨 Artificial graphite
由于石墨在摩擦片中主要起到減摩作用，我們采用石油系基料（較易石墨化），經過2700 ℃以上的高溫，并進行氣體純化及柔化處理（爐內不混有其它雜質的一級石墨）。產出的合成石墨純凈度高，非常柔軟、潤滑、耐磨，并具有較高的強度，與剎車盤在高速摩擦中減摩作用大、導熱性好。
規格 ： 0-0.3 mm、0-0.5 mm、0.2-0.8 mm、0.5-1.0 mm、0.8-1.2 mm等
含碳量：≥99%
用途： 汽車、機車、工程機械、鉆井機、電梯等制動片
The oil-based materials are used to make artificial graphite. Being processed under the high temperature over 2700 ℃, purified and softened by the chemical gases, the product turns out to be pure, soft, lubricant, wearable, and in high strength. It plays a good role of reducing friction in high-speed friction with brake disc.
